There is of course more than one way to delete a SAP Client.Here is one of them:
1. Log into the client you want to delete
2. Enter transaction SCC5
3. Choose "Delete entry from T000". If you don't choose to delete entry from T000 you will have to enter transaction SCC4 from a different client and delete the entry.
Start immediate or schedule a background job.
4. Reorg database.
